Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate service areas, countries, schedules, preparation times, time zones and capacity settings. Test the customer flow after setup or theme changes. Delivery eligibility is based on your configured rules; ZoneSync does not provide transport or guarantee delivery. You remain responsible for customer orders, refunds and privacy notices.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid subscriptions are approved and billed by Shopify in USD. Essential supports 5 zones/groups, Advanced 20 and Professional 200. Monthly prices are $39.99, $69.99 and $149.99. Annual prices are $383.90, $671.90 and $1,439.90. Eligible stores receive one 14-day trial; reinstalling or switching plans does not create a new trial. Shopify displays the terms before approval. Plan changes replace the current subscription under Shopify’s billing rules. You can cancel through Plans & billing; turn off checkout protection first so customers can continue ordering. Uninstalling cancels Shopify app subscriptions according to Shopify’s rules.
Usage and compatibility
Monthly allowances are 250, 1,000 and 2,500 non-test ZoneSync delivery/pickup orders respectively. Cancelled orders count. Allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. New delivery selections pause once the allowance is reached; previously confirmed selections may complete. Online Store widgets require the app embed to be activated. The checkout-step UI extension requires Shopify Plus on production stores. A storefront widget and checkout validation are separate features; use the supported setup and test instructions.
Support and service changes
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Updates, Shopify API changes and maintenance may affect service. We may suspend access for abuse, security threats or unpaid subscriptions. We will investigate reported issues; service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Privacy and acceptable use
Our privacy policy and merchant processing commitments form part of these terms and explain data use. Do not upload unlawful content, unnecessary sensitive data or malicious files. You must have the rights and permission to provide the information configured in the app.
